Ploughman’s Lunch – Our famous traditional farmer’s lunch. House made meatloaf, freshly sliced leg ham, mild salami, a range of gourmet cheeses including - aged cheddar, spiced gouda, camembert cheese, vintage trilogy, house made chutney, egg, gherkins, pickled onions, olives, sun dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, on a bed of lettuce. Served with sourdough bread and crackers. (GF available upon request) Regular: $35, Large: $45

Pie of the Day - A bakery made pie. Served with beer battered chips and a rustic salad dressed with a rich poppy seed dressing and house made chutney on the side. *See the menu board in the brewery for our daily pie selection. $25

 

Smoked Chicken Salad -  An ultimate Byramine salad served with locally smoked chicken breast, dressed with a provedore poppy seed dressing and fresh herbs.  (GF)     $20

Ultimate Byramine Salad -  A giant salad filled with julienne carrots, fresh radish, seeded cucumber, red onion, salad greens, dressed with a provedore poppy seed dressing. Finished with fresh herbs and pea sprouts. (V)(GF)   $15

Vegetable Spring Rolls - A lovely light lunch or a plate to share of vegetarian spring rolls, served with a Byramine salad and sweet chilli sauce. (V) $15

Duo of Dips – The perfect way to start your lunch, or a great platter to enjoy while having a drink from the bar. A selection of two gourmet dips, changing with the seasons. Served with crackers and sourdough bread. *See the menu board in the brewery for our dip selections. (V)   $15

Vegatarian Quiche- A locally made bakery quiche filled with vegetables and cheese, served with beer battered chips and a fresh salad, dressed with a provedore poppy seed dressing and house made chutney on the side.  (V) $20
